Bathroom renovations here start from $8,000. A refresh that keeps the existing layout sits at the lower end. Moving plumbing or changing the layout sits at the top. We give you a fixed price in writing after we have seen the room.
Not a full renovation, and we would rather tell you that now than halfway through. At that budget you are looking at a cosmetic update. New tapware, a new vanity, resealing and paint in a room that is structurally sound. If the waterproofing or plumbing needs work, the number goes up. Tell us your budget and we will tell you what it realistically covers.
Most take two to four weeks on site once we start. Small refreshes are faster. Layout changes and custom cabinetry take longer. We give you a schedule with the quote.
Usually not if you keep the same layout. If you move walls or plumbing, or your home is in a heritage overlay, approval may be needed. We tell you before we start.
