We have been doing this for over ten years. Bathrooms are our specialty and they make up most of what we do, but we also take on kitchens, small bathrooms and ensuites, full home renovations and pergolas.
We are a small team. When you call, you get someone who works on the jobs. Not a call centre, not a salesperson working on commission.

Most renovation companies will not tell you what anything costs until they have been to your house and you have sat through a pitch. We put our ranges on the website. Bathrooms start from $8,000. Kitchens from $5,000. Small bathrooms from $4,000. Pergolas from $3,000. Where your project sits depends on the size of the room, whether the layout changes, and what we find once we open things up.
If your budget does not cover what you want, we will say so on the first call. If a facelift makes more sense than a full replacement, we will tell you that too, even though it is a smaller job for us. If you would be better off waiting six months and doing it properly, we will say that.
Not a third, not a half. Ten percent on accepting the quote to secure your dates and order materials, then progress payments as work is completed. You never pay for work that has not been done.
Itemised, with what is included and what is not. Nothing gets added to your bill without you approving it first.
One team handles your job from strip out to final clean. The same people who quote it are the people doing it.
